In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Site.

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

We take copyright infringement very seriously. If any content (themes, images, or files) found on MTZ Theme Store violates your intellectual property rights, we will remove it immediately upon receiving a valid notification. We do not host files to support piracy; we aim to share themes for customization purposes only.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

3. Response Time

We aim to review and resolve all valid DMCA complaints within 24 to 48 business hours. Once a valid claim is verified, we will permanently remove the infringing content from our servers and site index.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, MTZ Theme Store has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your Content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your Content, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to us:
